If you are not satisfied with my work, you may return or exchange your purchase. You must contact me within 2 days of receiving the shipment and I will provide you with return information. You must ship the item back with 7 days of delivery at your cost.

Once your purchase is received,  I will refund the cost of the item less any shipping costs.

Once you make your purchase, we will complete your order within 1 - 3 business days after payment.

We will send our items safely packaged in an USPS priority mail box or, if you are local, you can pick it up at our studio. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
